Yes avoid artificial sweetners at all costs.
Stay away from products with High fructose corn syrup, aspartame, dextrose, syrcluse. etc.
I drive alkalinized water but I never considered that it could help w/ diabetes.

Are there any published peer reviewed studies that document these claims? This seems like it would be pretty easy to document/prove. I’m not attacking this idea or promoting it.
